As a Business Development Manager at Adstart Media Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and fostering enduring relationships with our key advertiser and publisher partners. YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development to identify, engage, and cultivate potential partnerships, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities that align with our network's strengths and contribute to achieving our ambitious revenue goals.
  • Explore niche markets with significant potential, broadening our reach and generating substantial revenue streams.
  • Negotiate and oversee agreements with strategic partners, fostering collaborations that benefit all parties involved.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their success through our innovative performance marketing solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize client accounts, enhancing their performance and promoting overall network growth.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight our expertise and demonstrate the tangible benefits we can provide to client businesses.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) diligently, producing regular reports to guide strategic decision-making and assess success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, identifying potential growth opportunities and expanding our reach into new sectors.
  • Actively network and participate in industry events to broaden our professional connections and secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of various traffic types and their impact on different products, with knowledge of CPA, CPL, and CPI business models.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and optimistic with a passion for sales and closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze data, performance metrics, and market research to evaluate the success of business development initiatives and make informed decisions.
  • Capability to manage, develop, and mentor junior team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective sales techniques.
