Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic partnership framework to support the company's growth objectives.
- Design and implement partner programs that incentivize sales, collaboration, and mutual success.
- Build and manage a structured program to support the diverse needs of our currently 500 partners.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
- Collaborate with partner-related roles to ensure they can meet and exceed their performance targets.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships, ideally within compliance/regulatory/legal tech.
- Experience in building and executing strategic partnership frameworks and programs to support business expansion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and with external partners.
