The Team:

The partner marketing division operates within the global demand generation framework, collaborating closely with various teams, including the go-to-market and ecosystem sales teams, to design, implement, and execute integrated partner demand generation initiatives that foster awareness and expedite pipeline growth.

The Role: Reporting to the Head of Global Partner Marketing Programs, the Strategic Partner Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of initiatives that empower our team to drive global demand generation efforts with our key strategic partners. This position also entails managing and executing global demand generation strategies with select strategic partners.

Your Responsibilities:

Program Development & Strategic Planning: Create and implement partner marketing initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. This may include refining existing frameworks or launching new initiatives, such as a cost-neutral sponsorship program. Partner Empowerment: Equip partners with essential resources, training, and support to effectively market and sell the company's offerings. This includes sharing partner marketing best practices and training on implementation through their channels, as well as enhancing the partner marketing self-service program. Partner Advocacy & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a champion for partners within the organization, ensuring their interests are represented and their feedback is acknowledged. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to align partner initiatives with overarching business objectives and provide necessary support. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor the performance of the partner marketing team, track key metrics and KPIs, and deliver regular reports and insights to partners and internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of partner programs and identify areas for enhancement. Process Ownership: Expand and refine the team's process documentation to ensure smooth operations and facilitate efficient onboarding of new team members. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem developments, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the partner program, streamline processes, and achieve superior results.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in partner and program demand generation, preferably within the software sector. A strategic thinker with a programmatic approach and a strong drive to translate ideas into actionable outcomes. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing programs with partners, leveraging data and analysis to optimize reach, awareness, and engagement. A financial or analytical background is advantageous. Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to create buy-in, manage budgets, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in strategic thinking, task prioritization, and execution with meticulous attention to detail, consistently meeting deadlines. Excellent presentation skills and confidence in engaging with cross-functional leaders. Willingness to travel occasionally.
