Job Summary

Sin Nombre is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key alliances and systems integrators in the Iberia region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve quarterly revenue goals in line with the business plan for Sin Nombre.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key alliances and systems integrators, identifying opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Coach and facilitate partner sales forces to improve pipelines and win rates.
  • Plan and execute joint demand generation marketing activities with partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide and achieve meaningful partner sales forecasts on a quarterly/annual basis.
  • Ensure Sin Nombre adds value to relationships with key alliances and integrators, identifying opportunities to penetrate accounts and increase market share.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with peers across the company, particularly in sales and service organizations, to ensure a common approach.
  • Establish Sin Nombre as the preferred solution within partner portfolios, increasing brand awareness and mindshare.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling through key alliances and systems integrators, preferably in the software industry.
  • Existing relationships in key alliances and major systems integrator ecosystem in Iberia.
  • Strong background in alliances and systems integrators development, with a proven track record of achieving incremental revenue.
  • Proven sales leadership skills, including coaching, business acumen, and sales skills to develop partner/distributor business development teams.
  • Knowledge of creating detailed and executable account plans using enterprise sales methodology.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to obtain the best possible terms with key alliances and systems integrators.
