Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partnership Manager (Fulfillment) to join our team at Hive Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners and suppliers in Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Closely work with our market teams to evaluate and improve our operational value offering
- Collect, analyze, and prepare prices of suppliers for fulfillment services
- Negotiate rates, service levels, and track performance KPIs
- Take over responsibility for P&L management
- Spearhead relationship management with business partners
- Build a competitive operational offering in Southern Europe for Hive
- Ensure customer happiness by closely managing relations with business partners & supplier
- Enthusiasm to expand Hive's European footprint and iterate our value proposition for Spanish and Italian customers
- Data-driven decision-maker, SQL skills are a plus
- Empathetic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality
- Curiosity to dive deep into partner relations, e-commerce operations, and build market knowledge
- Exposure to logistics and knowledge of the e-commerce industry strongly preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Spanish/Italian native, as well as fluent business English skills
- Willingness to travel
