Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

The Strategic Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Director Strategic Partnerships and serving as an account lead for assigned accounts. The primary objective of this position is to optimize revenue contribution from distribution partnerships.

This involves influencing the Distribution and Revenue Management Departments with business recommendations to maximize net revenues globally using the right insights and tools.

The role sits at the intersection of Radisson's sales, e-commerce, marketing, revenue management, and distribution activities, requiring cross-departmental cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthening Partnerships: Reinforce current partnerships by supporting account directors, conducting regular meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, engaging partners towards the 5-year company plan, ensuring correct distribution of rooms and rates, and enabling accurate and effective creation and distribution of Partner production reporting.
  • Undertaking Opportunities & Partner Projects: Supports incremental revenue opportunities by presenting new partner opportunities and/or new online partners that can support RHG objectives. Identifies new business opportunities with partners by studying pace, forecasting, and performance.
  • Account Performance & Operations: Provides commercial account management support for assigned accounts. Builds strong day-to-day business relationships with key account stakeholders. Supports building in-depth account profiles and plans, which show understanding of the complexity of the account. Trains, obtains feedback, monitors, and supports internal and external stakeholders in handling portfolios to optimize their performance. Influences healthy rate execution to secure price positioning and rate integrity for the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio.
  • Connecting: Serves as the relationship builder for various internal and external stakeholders involved in the account at global, regional, and local levels.

If applicable and based on the type of partnership(s), this role supports the Company in reaching marketing target(s) and optimizing spend.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university - E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related major preferred

Minimum Experience: At least three years' business experience in an international environment with a focus on sales, revenue management, account management, and e-commerce. Experience gained in an OTA, Wholesaler, or Hospitality group and previous revenue ownership an advantage.

Language Skills: Fluent English both written and spoken, additional language skills welcome
