About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our partner management function and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  2. Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key partners, including Big 4 consulting firms and System Integrators, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Drive Sales Enablement: Work with partners to develop and execute sales strategies, provide training and support, and drive sales growth.
  4. Manage Partner Performance: Monitor and analyze partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. 8+ Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SaaS partner management, direct sales, or business development, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  2. Strong Sales Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, drive sales growth, and manage partner relationships.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and partner management.
