About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alliances Business Development Lead to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our service signings and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans with strategic partners to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and manage relationships with partners to identify new opportunities and expand existing ones
  • Collaborate with practices and partners to deploy new services and address client needs
  • Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits, and control hyperscaler costs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Strong client management and relationship skills, with the ability to impact and influence stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and clients
