About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our alliances and partnerships development efforts in Spain and Portugal. As our Alliances Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for expanding our service signings and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and create new opportunities with partners and Kyndryl.
  • Build and manage business plans with strategic partners, addressing requests and issues, and overseeing contractual and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with practices and partners to deploy new services, addressing the needs of existing and new clients within the partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with practices and partners on certifications and training needs to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies.
  • Support Kyndryl teams with necessary presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments.
  • Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Management environment on Azure, with a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities.
  • Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, Azure technologies, and trends.
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, and ability to impact and influence stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
