About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alliances Business Development Lead to join our team at 3530 Kyndryl España. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our service signings and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans with strategic partners to drive growth and revenue generation.
  • Build and manage relationships with alliance partners, leveraging their cutting-edge technologies to co-create industry-revolutionizing offerings.
  • Collaborate with practices and partners to deploy new services, addressing the needs of existing and new clients within the partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with practices and partners on certifications and training needs to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies.
  • Support Kyndryl teams with necessary presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments.
  • Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends.
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, and ability to impact and influence stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
