**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communication Partner to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our communications function, you will play a critical role in positioning Siemens Smart Infrastructure as a strategic partner for the digital transformation and decarbonization of infrastructures and industries in Spain.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement an effective communication strategy aligned with the company's brand and goals.
- Write, edit, and distribute content such as publications, press releases, website material, and annual reports.
- Craft speeches and other marketing content that communicates the organization's activities, products, and services.
- Editorial planning and production of content for Siemens' internal and external social media channels, and internal newsletters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with journalists.
- Develop a content media strategy and plan.
- Design, production, and post-production of innovative communication media (e.g. videos, podcasts).
- Ensure all content is publication-ready.
- Monitoring, conducting impact analyses, and formulating suitable communication measures for internal and external communication channels and initiatives.
- Collaborating in the planning, organization, and implementation of online and offline events.
**Requirements**
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in communications science, business management, marketing, or a similar field of study.
- A keen interest in and a natural inclination toward technical subjects and communication-related topics.
- Able to work independently and proactively contribute your own creative ideas.
- Experience in media relations management, content creation, project management, and event management.
- Experience in strategic planning, campaign management, performance analysis.
- Knowledge of social media channels and foundational knowledge of web analytics.
