Job Title: Communication Planning Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Planning Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multichannel and crossmedia communication projects, providing innovative brand connection solutions, and managing multidiscipline workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and contribute added value in the strategic product of the agency.
- Define presentation structures and storytelling.
- Coordinate different strategic areas (Insights, Analytics, Content, Performics, Data, etc.) for its correct integration in strategic projects.
- Support planning teams in the consumer insight's search.
- Define and participate in workshops, and strategic Company staff training.
- Participate in forums and work meetings, in order to raise the strategic level.
- Develop strategic work, both for current clients and for pitches.
- Help innovation through inspiration and general knowledge of the communication trends.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of all areas that could support integrated communication of an announcer (disciplines, contact points, channels), as well of the essentials characteristics and media uses, and their possibilities interrelation to build more efficient strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of digital ecosystem.
- Experience in performance marketing strategies.
- Enough English level to be able to develop all the work, either in this language or in Spanish.
- Good use of all types of market generic or specific strategic planning apps and tools, consumer listening tools, insights localization, and data interpretation, advanced analytic knowledge, as well as the different types of integrated disciplines of digital communication.
- At least 7 years in a media agency, having had directly managed accounts and also having had developed and presented various pitches.
- Previous team management during at least 7 years will be an essential request.
