About the Role

A Strategic Communication Director will lead multichannel and crossmedia communication projects, developing innovative brand connection solutions and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and contributing to the strategic product of the agency, adding value to client projects.
  • Defining presentation structures and storytelling approaches to engage audiences.
  • Coordinating strategic areas, including insights, analytics, content, and data, to ensure seamless integration in projects.
  • Supporting planning teams in consumer insight research and analysis.
  • Designing and participating in workshops and strategic company staff training.
  • Participating in forums and work meetings to elevate strategic discussions.
  • Developing strategic work for current clients and pitches, staying up-to-date with communication trends.

Requirements

We're seeking a highly skilled professional with:

  • Deep knowledge of integrated communication disciplines, channels, and media uses, with expertise in building efficient strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital ecosystem and performance marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to develop work in either language.
  • Experience with strategic planning apps, consumer listening tools, insights localization, and data interpretation.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a media agency, with direct account management and pitch development experience.
  • Previous team management experience, with a proven track record of success.
