About the Role

**Director, Strategy and Transformation**

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a seasoned Strategic Director to lead our business transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role in a leading technology company
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the travel industry
