As a Business Development Manager at Adstart Media Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives, focusing on acquiring new clients and fostering enduring relationships with our primary advertiser and publisher accounts. YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to identify, engage, and nurture prospective partners, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities that align with our network's strengths and contribute to achieving our ambitious revenue goals.
  • Identify and target niche markets with significant potential, broadening our reach and generating substantial revenue streams.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with strategic partners, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations that drive growth for all involved.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their success through our innovative performance marketing services and solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize client accounts, maximizing their performance and enhancing overall network growth.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight our expertise and demonstrate the tangible impact we can have on client businesses.
  • Meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs), generating regular reports to inform strategic decision-making and measure success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market advancements, identifying potential growth opportunities and expanding our reach into new verticals.
  • Proactively network and participate in industry events to broaden our professional connections and acquire new business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various traffic types and their impact on different products, including CPA, CPL, and CPI business models.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive with a passion for sales and closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze data, performance metrics, and market research to assess the success of business development efforts and make informed decisions.
  • Capability to manage, develop, and mentor junior team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective sales techniques.
