Job Overview

As a Digital Account Executive at Leo Burnett, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your expertise in digital strategy and comprehensive digital communication to ensure the delivery of exceptional strategic and creative solutions for our clients.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a broad understanding of digital disciplines to produce high-quality strategic and creative outputs for our clients.
  • Possess a strong background in Social Media, SEO, and performance-driven paid media (including SEM, Social, and programmatic), along with CRM strategies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing SEA, Social paid, and programmatic initiatives, justifying the use of media plans presented to clients, and understanding lead generation campaigns and budget optimization.
  • Act as the primary digital contact within our team, fostering effective relationships with clients to comprehend their needs and digital KPIs, facilitating productive dialogues, and providing strategic insights throughout their digital journey.
  • Develop sound strategies aligned with client KPIs and objectives, collaborating with our area experts.
  • Show leadership in crafting presentations, organizing information flow, and developing strategic rationales for showcasing global and tactical campaign strategies.
  • Cultivate collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Serve as a key resource for client and brand knowledge within the team, with training provided on client guidelines and tools.
  • Organize and prepare for client progress meetings and presentations.
  • Create social media calendars and detailed creative briefs.
  • Manage the uploading of social content for client approval.
  • Prepare digital briefs (covering social, CRM, and display) and coordinate feedback and approvals with clients.
  • Familiarize yourself with FIGMA and Teams planner tools for coordinating creative approvals, HTML production, or Mailchimp deliveries.
  • Analyze monthly performance reports, maintaining a critical perspective and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Oversee invoices and purchase order deliveries.

It is equally important to effectively organize and prioritize tasks based on their significance, engaging in discussions with clients regarding timelines as necessary. You should be able to adapt swiftly in the dynamic digital landscape, demonstrating enthusiasm and a commitment to growing your career with us.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a university degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Economics, or possesses 4-6 years of experience managing clients on comprehensive campaigns.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills, is dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
  • Consistently drives self and others towards achieving results.
  • Is open to new ideas and adaptable to change.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Experienced in managing 360-degree digital accounts, including media.
