Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Manage and motivate a team of account managers and coordinators to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Office suite and digital marketing tools.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
