Job Title: Digital Account Director

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced Digital Account Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive contact
  • Own and manage multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
  • Determine the best approach to meet client objectives, collaborating with the wider team as needed
  • Lead and motivate creative teams to deliver high-quality work that meets strategic objectives
  • Effectively present agency work and proposals to clients, supporting team members and agency colleagues
  • Attend regular client status meetings and review progress reports
  • Manage campaign finances, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Minimum x years of experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in managing digital projects
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing services, including content marketing, web development, social media, and email marketing
  • Previous experience with B2B engagement programs
  • Proven ability to manage financials across multiple projects
  • Natural leadership skills, with effective management and delegation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and organized, with attention to detail
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Maturity in interacting with people at all levels
