Sales and Business Development Manager for Ecosystem Partners

A New Challenge Awaits
As a Sales and Business Development Manager for Ecosystem Partners, you will be responsible for working closely with our RUCKUS field sales teams and management to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business opportunities through our ecosystem of partners, including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Energetically interact with field sales and our ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and drive them to completion.
- Apply new business/project publications to qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem.
- Utilize RUCKUS' internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc. to meet customer expectations.
- Handle business opportunities using CRM and apply it for account planning.
- Be a champion of implementing the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
- Implement creative thinking and planning, identifying new fields of play and new opportunities that position RUCKUS as the lead solution of choice.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.
- Implement call out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities.
- Craft and deliver qualified opportunities.
- Maintain and grow our database via SFDC.
- Ensure follow-up with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc.
- Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.
Requirements:
- A completed bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience.
- Fluent in English; French and Arabic are also required.
