Main Responsibilities:

  2. Pipeline Development: Support sales and product teams in developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  4. Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.
  6. Presentation and Pitching: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
  7. Performance Tracking: Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
  8. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  9. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market demands to ensure competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and business potential.
  • Ability to travel globally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
