We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to strengthen our team in the maritime industry. As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our export clients, primarily focusing on spare parts for marine engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Broker commercial relationships between our company and export clients.
  • Ensure timely access to spare parts and services for existing customers.
  • Identify new markets, follow up on customer leads, and advise potential clients on spare parts.
  • Prepare quotes, answer calls, understand customer needs, offer solutions, and monitor the competition.
  • Translate customer needs to internal teams and hand over sales opportunities in a structured way to operational teams.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical-commercial field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
  • Interest in engines and a technical background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar commercial role, focusing on technical sales.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain an overview and stay calm in challenging situations.
  • Professional communication skills even in difficult circumstances.
