Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our business growth in the Iberia region.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can promote and sell Delta's Fan & Thermal products in the Iberia market. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for creating and deploying strategies with a deep understanding of customer requirements.

You will work closely with customer Procurement and R&D teams to define suitable products and conditions, and coordinate operational activities with engineering and factory teams to ensure timely launches. Your strong project management skills will enable you to drive commercial and technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging all related parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Delta Fan & Thermal products in the Iberia market
  • Create and deploy sales strategies with a deep understanding of customer requirements
  • Work closely with customer Procurement and R&D teams
  • Coordinate operational activities with engineering and factory teams
  • Drive commercial and technical issues to closure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the Fan Motor and Cooling Solution industry, particularly in Telecom, Industrial, Automotive, and White Goods sectors. You should also have good knowledge of DC Fan, EC Fan, EMI, Heat Sinks, Air Conditioner products & market.

Familiarity with ODM/OEM experiences working in international companies, building sales channels through local partners/agents, and communicating cross-functionally and interculturally is essential.

Additionally, you should possess strong organization, planning, analytical, and presentation skills, as well as self-initiative and ability to work independently. Result-driven and committed to delivering quality, you should also be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
