About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in developing and expanding our presence in the laboratory solutions market. As a Senior Business Development Manager for Laboratory Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and capitalizing on new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and establish a strong presence in new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential new opportunities, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Create comprehensive strategies for new customer entry, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Develop and manage initiatives to generate leads and build relationships with potential new customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and product offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics in new customers, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Healthcare or Engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience in the Healthcare MedTech industry.
  • Experience in sales lead and/or business lead in the healthcare market, preferably specific in Laboratory Solutions.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English languages.
