About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Sales organization in Spain, focusing on driving new business development within the Financial Services Industry (FSI). This role will involve taking ownership of accounts within the FSI industry and responsible for achieving total software revenue targets and managing business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an existing set of accounts within the FSI industry, identifying areas for further development and executing plans to capitalize on them
  • Develop strategic-based sales plans to generate new business and manage relationships with customers
  • Sell software solutions and services to current and prospective customers, working closely with other sales/pre-sales/domain personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling complex software solutions and services to both business owners and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop sales plans; communicate technical and business concepts relating to SAS applications and user needs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish; knowledge of analytics solutions and/or Cloud services preferred
