About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sr Account Executive to join our Sales organization in Spain, focusing on the FSI industry. This role requires driving new business development within assigned territories while orchestrating teams supporting clients on AI, Analytics, Risk, and Fraud Management topics.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve total software revenue targets and manage business objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the FSI industry.
  • Develop plans to identify areas for further development and execute them.
  • Generate new business through strategic selling and relationship management with customers.
  • Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers, working with other sales/pre-sales/domain personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities.
  • Direct complex sales opportunities, including implementation plans, which include the coordination of internal and/or external services.
  • Prepare quotations and proposal information as needed; work with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for delivery services.
  • Follow up with customers to track satisfaction levels and discover additional revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling complex software solutions and services to business owners and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in identifying and solving business challenges along the whole FSI value chain.
  • Demonstrated experience in account mapping and navigating complex ecosystems.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a sales plan; ability to communicate technical and business concepts and relate them to SAS applications and user needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year (estimated)
