About the job:
We're seeking a Sr Account Executive to join our Sales organization in Spain, focusing on driving new business development within the FSI industry (Banking, Insurance). This role involves managing existing accounts, developing strategies for further growth, and generating new business through strategic-based selling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve total software revenue targets and manage business objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the FSI industry.
  • Develop plans to identify areas with potential for further development and execute them.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building authentic relationships with customers, has experience in selling complex software solutions and services, and can analyze and evaluate territory dynamics. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish are essential.
