Senior Business Development Manager for Small and Midsize Businesses

About the RoleAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention for our small and mid-size corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Nurture strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, with experience working with small and mid-size businesses. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
