We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Professional Hygiene Markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and activities to drive business growth and customer engagement.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of customer marketing plans, establish and maintain marketing relationships with strategic stakeholders, and oversee the overall product mix of customers. You will also create and execute customer marketing campaigns and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and sales development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of customer marketing plans.">

  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve online listings, share of search, taxonomy, and commercial content integrity.">
  • Collaborate with Product, Segment, and Brand managers to coordinate activities within your area of responsibility.">

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.">
  • Understanding of how to perform and navigate in the Digital shelf.">

  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others.">
  • Adaptable and comfortable working within a matrix organization.">
