Senior Business Development Manager for Nordic Markets

TecAlliance is a leading provider of global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge. Our team of over 900 colleagues from 140 countries work together to connect data for our owners, including Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive our expansion in the Nordic and Baltic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania).
Your Role:You will lead and coach a high-performing Business Focus team, fostering a proactive, customer-centric culture. Your responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from acquisition to retention, and driving business growth through market insights, collaboration, and upselling. You will represent TecAlliance in all customer interactions, from hunting to farming, and be responsible for developing business in existing markets with current and/or new customers.
What You Bring:- Proven experience in sales development in the Nordic market
- Ability to explain complex solutions in a customer-friendly way, highlighting our unique selling points
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive or IT industry
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications
- High willingness to travel within Northern Europe, with hotel accommodation provided
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) a plus
- Company car with full-service leasing and gasoline card

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
