Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Cosentino, a leading global company in the production of architectural and decorative surfaces. As a Business Development Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing a defined marketing strategy that drives lead generation and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a degree in Marketing or Business Administration. A Master's degree is a plus. You will work closely with the Marketing Department HQ and Regional Director to evolve the marketing strategy and implement projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Manage and coordinate dynamic actions and activities at Cosentino Centers in cooperation with General Managers.
  • Prepare internal and external communications sharing marketing and business information.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, accounts analyses, new product information, and customer service requests.
  • Develop, implement, and budget regional and national retailer in-store marketing for planned and reactive seasonal campaigns, promotional efforts, retail events, high-profile brand presence action plans, and specific requests from retailers.
  • Manage and coordinate internally within the account managers' team all retail marketing campaigns designed by HQ (new colors launch, updates, special promotions, etc.).
  • Come up with seasonal campaigns and ideas for online and offline marketing towards retailers, including social, email, and in-person communication.
  • Coordinate and manage Elite & Loyalty Programs to gain more impact in the market by gaining loyal customers.
  • Act as a central liaison with HQ, implement fast, clear communication of all relevant marketing activities and tools, and collect regular feedback from the retail channel.
  • Proactively identify new business challenges and opportunities in the marketplace for our product portfolio that can generate business in terms of new applications, market niches, etc.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and provide summary reporting of external consumer, retailer, architect, designer, and industry landscape for use by the marketing and sales team, which can drive new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Master's degree is a plus.
