We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Almería, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our clients and dealers across the region.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in client management and development. The ideal candidate will have a commercial focus, with experience in identifying growth opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement client strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion;
  • BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AT ALL LEVELS;
  • Provide expert advice and consultation on Rijk Zwaan products and modern technologies;
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to create custom solutions for clients;
  • Lead client activities and be accountable for results;
  • Use CRM systems effectively for international collaboration and data analysis;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently, think strategically, and be comfortable with ambiguity. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €60,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses.
