">Your Role as Horticultural Development Manager
">You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our market presence in Spain, working closely with our breeding programs and global crop organization. Your primary goal will be to bring together all market information and product information, connecting the international lettuces market, our breeding programme, and our global crop organization.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Maintain and intensify contact with customers and the market">
- Visit trial fields to gain market information and product information">
- Identify opportunities that can lead to new product development activities">
- Advise the management on the future of melon within Rijk Zwaan">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years' relevant work experience in the vegetable seed industry and a completed bachelor's degree in the field of horticulture or agriculture.
