Rijk Zwaan Ibérica, Sa is a leading company in the field of vegetable varieties and seed production. As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing clients and dealers in Spain.

Sales and Account Management Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients at a management, tactical, and operational level.
  • Provide professional advice and consult customers on Rijk Zwaan products and modern technologies.
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work with a professional CRM system to accurately forecast sales forecasts and results.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client strategy, identifying potential growth opportunities and creating a concrete client plan.
  • Lead client activities, including being the first point of contact and introducing specialists at the right time.
  • Be accountable for results, including identifying sales opportunities and reporting on competition activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in sales and account management in an international environment.
  • Leadership skills and ability to influence and persuade diverse client teams.
  • Networking skills and ability to build bridges and connect people.
