**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to support our Business Units in achieving operational and management excellence. As a Strategic Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for gaining the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team and implement strategies to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gaining the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team.
- Implementing strategies to drive business growth and achieve operational and management excellence.
- Providing temporary back-ups to support our Business Units.
- Offering internal consultation to analyze business performance and implement action plans.
- Training new and existing employees on different aspects of their roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience and a passion for strategy and leadership. You will have the chance to work with our international teams and gain visibility within the company. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of **€55,000 - €65,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus a range of additional benefits such as travel opportunities and training programs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree related to Business or Construction topics.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Fluent English, second language is a plus.
- Knowledge about our business and products.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Team Working, proactivity, reliability.
