Job Description:
We are seeking a City Sales Development Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including design firms, builders, and architects
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through events, referrals, and prospecting
* Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and revenue
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders

Sales Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage every customer, providing a best-in-class experience to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty
* Assist all walk-ins and customers with appointments, ensuring a seamless experience
* Support face-to-face, phone, and email interactions to help customers understand the benefits of Cosentino products
* Develop and build relationships with design firms, managing these relationships through regular visits to generate sales according to assigned targets
* Work closely with the sales team to prepare sample shipments, check stock levels, and highlight potential stock issues to achieve and exceed sales targets

Organization and Administration Responsibilities:
* Filter leads via phone calls, only forwarding those with potential
* Organize and plan events, coordinating content and ensuring qualified attendees
* Execute events, including invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, and mailing
* Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce
* Maintain the showroom's appearance, including cleanliness, furniture, equipment, supplies, and marketing materials

Requirements:
* Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
