We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Grupo Cosentino. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the kitchen and stone industry.

Job Description

This role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and developing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the kitchen and stone industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the kitchen and stone industry
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
