Business Development Manager for IT Solutions

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth and development of our clientele base in the European Territory. This role will focus on acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships with IT service providers.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is €100,000 - €140,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary plus uncapped commission opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and track sales leads through prospecting, leveraging your network, and gaining strategic partnerships.
- Identify prospect requirements and call prospects to continually find new customers and projects.
- Collaborate with technical staff to generate proposals and present them confidently to clients.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop informational seminars, marketing material, targeted campaigns, and qualified leads.
- Effectively qualify opportunities to determine scope of work and manage pipeline to close deals independently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in an account executive or sales position, specifically in the tech space (direct MSP experience preferred).
- Ability to find potential clients' pain points and offer solutions based on feedback.
- Ability to identify potential client targets and book exploratory meetings.
- Proven track record of sales performance including new business development.
