About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a business strategy to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Become an expert in our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong industry knowledge and network.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
