**Overview of the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Executive to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your assigned territory.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in your assigned territory. This includes developing and implementing programs to ensure 100% compliance with branded retail, fleet accounts, and sub-dealer coverage.

Identify opportunities to maximize sell-through by creating new partnerships or opening new stores within your assigned area.

Ensure 100% compliance with coverage plans and reporting guidelines, including coverage of sub-dealer accounts in your assigned territory.

Monitor competitive activities in the territory that may affect dealer sales and address any consumer feedback (performance issues, adjustment claims, etc.).

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in field operations, key account management, and business development.

You should also possess basic tire knowledge (product), financial and business acumen, and sales background (retail and wholesale) or key account management experience.

Operations management and people development skills are also essential for this position.

**Estimated Salary**

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

This estimate is based on industry standards and market conditions in the Philippines.
