We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at The North Face in Madrid (Bercial).

About the Role

This is a part-time sales position that offers flexibility and variety, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining store standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide an engaging and personalized shopping experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
  • To maximize sales by offering expert product knowledge, making recommendations, and processing transactions efficiently;
  • To maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and company policies;
  • To participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and maintaining promotional materials;
  • To stay informed about products, services, and promotions, communicating this knowledge to customers and colleagues as needed.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education;
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
