About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity of 20 hours per week. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets through excellent customer service and engagement on the sales floor
  • Lead by example and provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to ensure a productive work environment
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related field; prior retail experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Basic written and verbal skills, with proficiency in responding to customer inquiries and managing day-to-day interactions
