We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
About You:
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. Experience in logistics and transportation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Proven track record in sales and business development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Experience in logistics and transportation a plus
Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €75,000 per year
