Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Verification and Validation Specialist to work on an international project in the Aerospace field.
The successful candidate will conduct thorough testing in simulated test environments, encompassing both automated and manual tests. This includes evaluating product stability, interoperability, and performance through rigorous testing.
The specialist will also implement automation scripts in Python to optimize and streamline testing processes, ensuring test repeatability through effective implementation.
Apart from testing, the candidate will generate detailed documentation of conducted tests, ensuring traceability with requirements specified in DOORS, and create clear evidence supporting test results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educated to University degree level in Computing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience is necessary.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with processes and documentation established by DO-178B/C, as well as experience with requirements management using DOORS.
Familiarity with Python is essential, and knowledge of C++ and/or C programming is desirable. Testing for the mentioned languages and Git experience (Bitbucket, GitHub, and/or GitLab) are also highly valued.
