Our team is responsible for selling Amazon Shipping services, and we are looking for someone who can help us expand our customer base and drive business growth.
">Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting;
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies;
- Utilize product knowledge and industry expertise to provide consultative sales support to customers;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
">Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Proven track record in sales development or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
