As a Spanish and Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Welcome to a position where every interaction starts with a friendly 'Olá' in Portuguese.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for guests, addressing inquiries across various communication channels.
- Listening attentively to guest feedback and devising innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
- Providing personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met and they receive all necessary information.
- Identifying areas for improvement in daily operations and proactively suggesting enhancements.
- Collaborating closely with Guest Relations Managers to ensure optimal solutions for guests in all situations.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- A strong passion for communication and a commitment to meeting guests' needs.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- A dedication to customer service, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
