Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for guests, addressing inquiries across various communication channels.
  • Listening attentively to guest feedback and devising innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Providing personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met and they receive all necessary information.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in daily operations and proactively suggesting enhancements.
  • Collaborating closely with Guest Relations Managers to ensure optimal solutions for guests in all situations.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • A strong passion for communication and a commitment to meeting guests' needs.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • A dedication to customer service, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector, call centers, or start-up environments is beneficial.
