Customer Support Specialist

Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their laboratory equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site technical support to customers, including installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Research and Development, to provide solutions to customers.
- Deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars to field engineers and customers.
- Calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers, as required.
- Qualify leads and participate in customer/vendor credentialing requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of laboratory equipment and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Logical approach to problem-solving and ability to coordinate and prioritize efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and processes, ensuring compliance with Agilent's Quality standards.
- Ability to handle customer expectations and balance customer requirements with business needs.
- A full-time, permanent position based in Spain, with the opportunity to work remotely and visit customer sites within your assigned geography.
