Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • React to customer requests in German and English via various channels.
  • Analyze problems and recommend corrective action via articles or solutions.
  • Assist customers with technical testing for issues related to firewalls and specific requirements.
  • Forward requests to responsible departments for escalations or collaborate in accordance with processes and protocols.
  • Update, translate, and/or create FAQ articles and internal processes pages in German.

Requirements

  • English and German language skills at C1 level.
  • Clear and precise communication.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to focus on a bigger picture.
  • Conscientious and reliable work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work flexibly.
