We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our Technical Support 24x7 Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Assist with license key generation and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Manage escalation notifications and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  4. Collaborate with sales, software distribution, accounting, and contracts administration departments to ensure accurate customer data.
  5. Investigate and resolve service agreement issues by verifying and researching agreements with Order Entry, Sales Order Administration, and the Sales organization.
  6. Contribute to the smooth operation of the Customer Service & Support organization by assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  7. Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any field.
  2. 2+ years of customer service or advanced administrative support experience with direct customer engagement.
  3. Experience working with service case management or other database systems is preferred.
  4. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
