Customer Support Specialist Position

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with outstanding communication skills to become a vital part of our innovative team. This position allows for complete remote work with flexible arrangements, including options for shared office spaces.

As an essential contributor, you will significantly influence our customer support frameworks and practices. We are a fast-expanding organization that emphasizes both personal and professional growth for every team member.

  • Address customer inquiries via email and support tickets
  • Oversee social media interactions to uphold a positive brand image
  • Manage order-related concerns such as returns, refunds, and disputes
  • Resolve customer complaints across various platforms
  • Track shipping performance and other key metrics
  • Administer support policies and protocols
  • Collaborate with external partners
  • Work in tandem with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English
  • Near-native proficiency in Dutch and French
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Prior experience in customer support
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and related software
  • Experience with video conferencing applications
  • Knowledge of customer support systems
  • Understanding of online marketing and e-commerce principles
