About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products and services, using active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide expert support to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C2 level, Native or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a technical support role or related field.
